Inti, our AI assistant, is based on community data + large language models. It may make mistakes, omit information, or be out of date. ALWAYS verify critical information (prices, bus schedules, borders, safety conditions) from official sources before making travel decisions. The site information does NOT replace professional advice or official government or service sources.
Community information
Site content (guides, place descriptions, events) is community-sourced and may be outdated. We make a reasonable effort to keep it up to date but do NOT guarantee absolute accuracy. If you find incorrect information, email info@tourcopacabana.com.
User-uploaded content
When you upload photos or other content to the platform (when this functionality is available), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, indefinite, royalty-free license to display that content on the platform. You retain the original copyright and may use your content elsewhere. You may request removal of future content by emailing info@tourcopacabana.com. You guarantee that you own the rights to the content you upload.
Acceptable use
You may not: send spam, illegal content, hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, extremist propaganda, or attempt to hack, scrape, or degrade the service. You may not impersonate identity or publish false information about third parties.
Suspension and ban
We reserve the right to ban accounts that violate these terms, exhibit inappropriate behavior, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. We will notify you of a ban whenever possible.
Limitation of liability
Traveling to Bolivia and the Titicaca region involves risks: altitude (over 3,800 m above sea level), rural transport, weather conditions, borders, health. We are NOT responsible for incidents, damages, or losses related to information on the site. Consult your doctor before traveling at high altitude and follow your country's official travel advisories.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Significant changes are notified to registered users with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the site after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
