About what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

What data we collect
When you create an account through Clerk: email, name and profile photo (if you provide them). When you chat with Inti: the content of your messages and replies is stored in our database to maintain conversation history. When you browse as a guest: an HttpOnly cookie maintains chat continuity without requiring an account. In server logs: IP address, user agent and visited URLs, retained for limited time for technical and security purposes.
Minimum age
You must be at least 18 to use this site. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Third-party processors
Your data passes through these services: Clerk (USA) — authentication and account management. OpenRouter — AI-model proxy; messages you send to Inti are processed by OpenRouter and the selected language model. Cloudinary — image hosting (no personal data). The server runs on our own infrastructure via Cloudflare Tunnel. Each one has its own privacy policy. This list may be updated.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies: Clerk authentication, chat continuity without account and language preference. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Only aggregated, anonymized internal analytics.
Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to access, rectify, delete and port your data. To exercise any of these rights, email info@tourcopacabana.com with your request. We respond within legal timeframes. If you are a resident of the European Union or California, GDPR and CCPA laws apply even when accessing from Latin America.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active or as long as needed for the purposes described. Soft-delete preserves your data for 30 days in case you change your mind; then complete hard-delete. Immediate deletion requests are processed via info@tourcopacabana.com.
Data sale
We do NOT sell your data. We only perform aggregated internal analytics on usage patterns (not individual).
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when third-party processors change, retention practices change, or legal requirements change. Significant changes will be notified to registered users with at least 30 days' notice.
